Newly qualified tradesmen are our future and we need to embrace both old and new methods of training to move forward. We believe that young people just need the opportunity to prove their capabilities and not all of them want to continue down the university route of study after completing school.
ETI is committed to apprentice training helping maintain our reputation for a quality service, striving to keep standards high within the industry whilst giving Australian youth a future. Employing apprentices requires significant time, money and commitment, however, since its establishment ETI has:
- Apprentices/tradesmen recently completed AQF Level 4 – Higher Engineering Trade
- Apprentices in training to AQF Level 3 – Sheet Metal Worker
- Apprenties from government funded Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s)
